I’m Eric Harris Jr.—a retired Army cyber officer and cybersecurity leader with 20+ years across federal and healthcare industries. I provide CISO-level guidance to small businesses, turning frameworks such as HIPAA / NIST / ISO into plain-English priorities, practical policies, and habits that stick. My approach is direct, measurable, and built for real-world constraints.
